Adjusting Telemetry Data on QGroundControl

Once your controller is connected to your drone on QGroundControl notice along the bottom of screen a series of numbers providing various different streams of data concerning the drone. The default data points are altitude, battery voltage, flight time, and forward facing radar distance. There are many other potential options to include on your screen and it is encouraged for you to explore this menu to see if there are other options you may find useful. The options we provide by default are what we have found to be the most useful in our experience. If you wish to adjust these options follow the steps below

  1. Tap on the gray box containing the data points

  2. The box should expand with an unlocked icon on the right and plus and minus signs along the bottom and right of the box.

  3. You can add and remove rows or columns of data points by clicking the plus and minus arrows along the bottom and right of that section

  4. You can change the displayed options by simply clicking the data point you wish to change which will bring up a "Value Display" menu screen.

    1. The dropdown in the top left of this menu will allow you to select the category of data that you wish to choose from

    2. The dropdown on the top right will then allow you to select a specific data point from that category to display.

You can then lock these values by then tapping the unlock icon on the left of the section.
